I was in a workout rut from the covid days. I was working out at home by myself and it wasn’t really working for me. I had heard about the gym from a coworker who had an amazing transformation and thought I should give it a try. I also knew that with the holidays coming I needed to do something different and change my workout path. My Aha moment came towards the end of the 30 day challenge. I was feeling stronger, my diet was in a groove and I was losing weight. The first two days I went to class were a shock to my system. I had started on a Thursday and a Friday which are partner workouts and a little more challenging than Monday – Wednesday. I wasn’t sure it was for me but the positive atmosphere kept me coming back. The first few weeks I thought I was to old for this style of training but after the 30 day challenge. I am so glad I trusted the process.
I look forward to the fear of the unknown. Everyday the workout is different. There is some good natured joking around and everyone is suffering with sweat and laughter. Ryan, Dan and Josh work in the right mix of positive feed back and pushing you harder to get better results.

When I walked in the doors in November I had some bad eating habits that I knew I needed to change. 3 months later I feel so much better. I lost 20 plus pounds without starving myself. Throughout the process I continued building strength and endurance with a community of like minded people.
